My spiritual journey began over twenty five years ago, when I reawakened to some deep inner knowing that I had buried deep inside of me from an early age. Once this awareness came to me it was as if I just "knew" it, even though much of it was very different from my prior understanding of reality.

I was intuitively guided to study several types of healing modalities, both body work and energy healing. Crystals and their affinity to balance energy fields created a passion for me. I found that the ease and comfort that the mineral Kingdom proved as a helping resource to channelled energy was both simple and effective.

Ten years ago I became a Reiki Master and last year I qualified as a Crystal Light Healing Practitioner with Universal Life Tools.

Metaphysical healing is a simple, comfortable and profound method of reaching the source of any imbalance in the system. I have found that is equally effective on animals as well as people. I have had very good results with animals over the years.

It is my desire to bring this knowledge and understanding to the benefit of as many as I can.
